Fat Beach Day is Saturday, July 13th from 12pm to 4pm. This is a public space, so feel free to hang out after we close up shop!

The Fat Pool Party will be held at the eastern side of Constitution Beach in East Boston, MA, near the octagonal picnic shelter with a red roof.

If you drive, there is ample free parking on site. The street address is 799 Bennington St, Boston, MA 02128.
Constitution Beach is also accessible via public transit. The closest T stop is Orient Heights on the Blue Line, which is a 0.25mi or roughly a 5-minute walk.

All bodies are welcome, inclusive of size, gender, ethnicity, color and/or creed.
We encourage those in the most marginalized bodies to come! We believe diversity benefits all of us.

Please bring a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses and anything else needed to make yourself comfortable outside in July.

Fat Beach Day will be hosted at a fully accessible beach with even, paved walkways, wheelchair-friendly picnic tables and an accessibility mat that leads to the water. You can find photos of the area here.
There will also be accessible porta-potties close by.
Lifeguards will NOT be on duty. Swim at your own risk.

This is an outdoor event with ample space, so masks are not required, but are encouraged for the safety of all.

The Fat Pool Party is organized by Bigger Bodies Boston, a collection of local fat liberation activists.
